When I first opened the hair out the packets it looked really good but then I saw the frontal and I wasn't too happy. it wasn't as full as it looks in the pictures but still manageable and also very dry after washing it. The dryness went once I used my flat iron and comb which was a relief, a smell is on the hair like chemicals but once washed and youbadd your own hair oils it disappears. overall I'll give the hair a 5.5 of 10 because of the frontal.
